A DAP that fits in the palm of your hand
The first thing that stands out with this Shanling M0 Pro is of course its particularly small size. Thought to follow you in all your moves, without cluttering you, the DAP measures only 43.8x45x13.8mm. As for weight, the M0 Pro weighs only 36.8g. It will be easily forgotten so you can fully enjoy your music.
However, Shanling does not make any concession on the ergonomics and integrates a beautiful high definition touch screen of 1.54" 240*240px. This one will allow you to easily access your music and act on all available parameters. A screen placed behind a curved tempered glass and components protected by a superb CNC machined case 100% Aluminium.
An intelligent interface
If Shanling takes great care with the aesthetics of its product, this desire to offer a product that is both beautiful and easy to use is reflected in the software with the MTouch OS operating system. Thus, the interface of the player allows a fast and easy navigation, and an easy access to the numerous features.
A technique at the service of sound
On the sound side, the M0 Pro integrates a pair of ESS ES9219C DACs. These allow a quality digital / analog conversion in all transparency. A converter associated with a powerful amplification section and an analog volume control. A combination that allows this small DAP to offer an SNR of 119dB, a distortion of 0.0004% and to support sample rates up to PCM 32bit 384kHz, for a faithful and detailed reproduction.
Moreover, this player embeds a multi-layer PCB, allowing it on the one hand to benefit from a smaller size, and on the other hand to have a cleaner electrical circuit and thus limit the interference on the signal.
Unlimited connectivity
While the Shanling M0 Pro has a Jack 3.5mm connector to connect it to your headphones, it also offers Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity for a more comfortable use. A Bluetooth connectivity equipped with Sony LDAC and Qualcomm aptX technologies. This first technology, the LDAC allows to enjoy in Bluetooth Hi-Res Audio files, up to 24bit 96kHz 4.5Mbps, where the classic Bluetooth would allow only 16bit 44.1Hz compressed. The second technology, the aptX allows it to obtain a transmission with less latency and more stable, to restore a clean signal.
But more than that, the M0 Pro benefits from a bi-directional Bluetooth 5.0. So, if it can transmit to a speaker or a headphone, it can also be used as a receiver, in order to take advantage of its amplification and its DAC, from a third source.
Bi-directional USB-C
In the same way, this player also offers a bi-directional USB-C port. This one will be able, just like Bluetooth, to receive or send audio data. Ideal therefore to take advantage of the audio performance of the device.
A battery to follow you everywhere
The DAP integrates a 650mAh battery for a 14.5h autonomy in playback, and days in standby. Perfect to enjoy your music without interruption during all your travels.
